The source of authority demonstrated by John Hancock and his peers in signing the Declaration of Independence had a personal origin. These individuals put their personal lives, security, fortunes, and reputations on the line — and there was no external authentication system in place when they did so.

They used a personal relationship network to validate their own personal Sovereign source authority to declare anything meaningful in nascent Sovereign terms. The act was structural. It was personal. It was recursive in intent — designed to be repeated.

Americans give their personal authority to their Governance. Americans do not receive their authority from their Government. The structural direction of authority is the constitutional differentiator.

The Government is structurally guaranteed to operate as the best friend of the people — not as their keeper. This structural process distinguishes the United States from every other nation on Earth.

NOTE 3 ·

The concept of a recursive signatory tied to Rights administration exceeds the current operational grasp of administrative legal practice. This must be repaired. A Government of, by, and for people cannot function otherwise.

Starting a corporation and protecting the “corporate veil” from compromise demonstrates the importance of structural integrity. The average citizen deserves the same understanding applied to their own Sovereign authority. It is not taught in public schools.

Effective use of AI by people requires structural integrity... at the data layer of participation, where people, Individuals all, own root authority and opportunity derived by use, rather than as business model data-slaves in a race to the bottom on the Facebook/Meta or Google data-ship leveraging that default status by poorly secured civil participants freely exploited for profit by selling of context-based value to customers of slave-data-labor by “users” of civil society, rather than its root custodians and Rights-bearing masters for whom civil society exists, and all its tools and methods therein, as Individual people in pursuit of happiness, with liberty and life, at the bleeding edge of existence.
